Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections for interior projects.
- Translate design sketches and concepts into accurate working drawings for construction and installation.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate closely with interior designers and architects to refine project specifications and details.
- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications as required for project procurement.
- Utilize CAD software to manage drawing sets and maintain project documentation folders.
- Participate in site visits to verify dimensions and ensure design implementation aligns with technical plans.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Drafter or in a similar technical design role.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and furniture detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical design specifications accurately.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple project deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes.
