Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Translate creative concepts into accurate technical drawings and construction documents.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure visual and technical accuracy.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to create 2D and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to clarify design details during the execution phase.
- Update and revise existing drawings based on feedback and project changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Drafter in the interior design or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar drafting and modeling software.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to visualize space effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
