Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural drawings and layouts using CAD software based on engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to integrate technical requirements into final blueprints.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with national building codes and company engineering standards.
- Maintain and update an organized database of architectural and structural drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform on-site measurements and field verification to ensure plan accuracy.
- Identify potential design conflicts and propose effective, cost-efficient solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive material take-offs and project documentation for procurement teams.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Drafter in the property or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is mandatory; experience with Revit or BIM is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction technical standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project team.
- Proven ability to meet tight project deadlines without compromising on drawing quality.
