Reitama Engineering is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Drafter MEP to join our dynamic team in Sulawesi Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings based on engineering specifications.
- Coordinate drafting efforts with other disciplines (Architectural and Structural) to identify and resolve clashes in design.
- Maintain and organize document control files for all project blueprints and technical revisions.
- Incorporate design changes from engineers into CAD/BIM models accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with Indonesian national building codes and project-specific standards.
- Perform site visits as required to verify existing site conditions for accurate drafting.
- Assist the project team in preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) documentation for MEP systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven work experience as a Drafter, specifically in MEP disciplines, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit/BIM is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution layout.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure zero-error documentation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based project environment.
