Tanggung Jawab
- Develop precise MEP drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs align with project requirements and safety standards
- Perform detailed material takeoffs and coordinate with procurement teams
- Conduct site visits to verify field conditions and document existing MEP systems
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and engineering changes
- Maintain version control of documentation and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Coordinate with contractors during construction phases to resolve technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 years of MEP drafting experience with commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM modeling software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and regulations
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing system documentation
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage complex drawing sets
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia communication
- Portfolio demonstrating MEP drafting capabilities required
