We are currently seeking a meticulous and skilled Drafter (MEP) to join our professional technical team in Bali. In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming conceptual designs into precise, actionable technical drawings that ensure our projects are executed with the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and site managers to interpret project specifications and design requirements.
- Ensure all technical drawings are compliant with local building codes, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Revise existing drawings based on site observations and feedback from the engineering team.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including as-built drawings and material specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design conflicts during the construction phase.
- Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and installation diagrams for site execution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an MEP Drafter, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit or other BIM software is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of MEP symbols, design standards, and technical drawing layouts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical specifications.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
