Are you a detail-oriented Drafter with a passion for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems? Alkonusa Teknik Interkon is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Drafter MEP to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in transforming complex technical concepts into precise construction documentation, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end drafting lifecycle, working closely with project managers and site engineers. You will support various project stages, from the initial tender phase to final construction. We are looking for someone who excels in technical drawing accuracy and can translate design requirements into clear, actionable shop drawings for field teams.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, including Tender Drawings, For Construction (Forcont) Drawings, and Shop Drawings.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to incorporate MEP design changes and revisions accurately.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Perform site visits when necessary to verify installation conditions and gather measurements.
- Manage document control processes to ensure the latest revision of drawings is accessible to all stakeholders.
- Resolve drafting-related technical queries from contractors and field supervisors.
- Contribute to the optimization of drafting workflows to improve project delivery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an MEP Drafter in the construction or contracting industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit or other BIM software is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of MEP system components and standard construction terminology.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a project-based team environment.
