Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Update and revise existing blueprints based on field changes and engineering feedback.
- Coordinate MEP installations with structural and architectural elements to prevent site conflicts.
- Manage technical documentation and maintain organized drawing logs for multiple ongoing projects.
- Assist the engineering team in conducting site visits to verify dimensions and installation quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter in the property or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit or BIM is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of MEP symbols, design standards, and construction documentation.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
