Are you a detail-oriented Drafter with a passion for industrial engineering? Tiara Cipta Nirwana is currently seeking a skilled Drafter MEP to join our professional team in Badung, Bali. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact Water Treatment projects across Indonesia, specifically focusing on advanced SWRO (Seawater Reverse Osmosis) and MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) technologies.
As an MEP Drafter, you will play a critical role in the technical design process, bridging the gap between engineering concepts and field execution. You will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and schematics that ensure our water treatment systems are built to the highest safety and efficiency standards. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical expertise to handle complex piping, electrical, and mechanical layouts.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed technical drawings and 2D/3D models for MEP systems in water treatment plants.
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret design requirements for SWRO and MBR project layouts.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs based on drafted designs.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings comply with national engineering standards and project specifications.
- Revise drawings based on field feedback and engineering change orders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate MEP systems into overall project design blueprints.
- Maintain and organize technical document archives and project drafting files.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as an MEP Drafter, preferably in water treatment, industrial, or construction sectors.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit or other BIM software is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of MEP system components and industrial piping/plumbing schematics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot design conflicts.
- Capable of reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to meet project milestones.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Badung, Bali.
