In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between innovative design concepts and high-quality manufacturing.
As our Drafter, you will be responsible for translating creative ideas into actionable technical documentation. You will work closely with our production and design teams to ensure that every piece of sheet metal furniture we produce meets our rigorous quality standards and functional requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Create, revise, and refine detailed technical drawings for sheet metal furniture products.
- Convert design concepts into precise 2D/3D models and manufacturing blueprints.
- Ensure all technical documentation aligns with production capabilities and material specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing feasibility issues.
- Maintain and organize technical drawing archives and version control for all active projects.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure design accuracy and adherence to company quality standards.
- Support the prototyping process by providing accurate cutting lists and assembly instructions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Drafter, specifically working with sheet metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 3D modeling tools).
- Strong understanding of metalworking processes, material properties, and bending/forming techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based manufacturing environment.
