We are currently seeking a skilled Drafter & Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team based in the Ubi industrial hub. This role is perfect for candidates who excel at bridging the gap between technical drafting and on-site project execution.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating precise electrical drawings using AutoCAD and ensuring that project timelines, documentation, and operational requirements are met with accuracy. You will act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and workflow efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Create, edit, and maintain accurate electrical and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate project schedules and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, material lists, and progress reports.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure alignment with drafted specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in AutoCAD drafting (Electrical focus).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate diverse project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities.
