Tanggung Jawab
- Create accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D models for new furniture product prototypes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) for production readiness.
- Collaborate with the R&D design team to interpret sketches into manufacturable technical specifications.
- Ensure designs meet quality, structural integrity, and durability standards for outdoor weather conditions.
- Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to address technical queries during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain an organized library of technical documentation, CAD files, and design iterations.
- Participate in periodic design reviews and provide feedback on cost-effective material usage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Drafter, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 3D modeling/CAD software.
- Strong understanding of furniture assembly, joinery, and material properties (wood, metal, rattan, synthetic weaves).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to read/interpret complex technical blueprints.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve mechanical design challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet tight production deadlines.
