About the Opportunity
PT Daya Sakti Perkasa is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Drafter / R&D Specialist to join our innovative team in Bekasi. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between conceptual product ideas and high-quality manufacturing. As part of our Research and Development wing, you will be responsible for creating the blueprints that drive our production forward.
The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a passion for design and a keen eye for engineering precision. You will work in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged and technical accuracy is paramount. This position is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) role, allowing for direct collaboration with our engineering and production departments to ensure every design meets our rigorous quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or related software.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to transform conceptual sketches into functional prototypes.
- Conduct material research and analysis to improve product durability and cost-efficiency.
- Update and maintain existing technical documentation and blueprints to reflect design modifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry safety standards and internal quality protocols.
- Provide technical support to the production team during the manufacturing phase.
- Perform precise measurements and site surveys to ensure design feasibility.
- Assist in the testing and evaluation of new product iterations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter or within an R&D environment is preferred.
- High proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) in the Bekasi area.
