We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Drafter Sipil to join our project team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in translating engineering concepts into precise technical drawings, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
As a Drafter, you will collaborate closely with civil engineers, architects, and site managers to prepare detailed design documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate technical drawings and blueprints based on civil engineering specifications and architectural designs.
- Coordinate with project engineers and architects to resolve design discrepancies and ensure buildability.
- Maintain and organize digital drawing files, including revisions and documentation updates.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local construction codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Provide technical support during the project bidding and construction phases as required.
- Collaborate with field teams to interpret drawings and address technical queries on-site.
- Participate in design reviews and propose solutions to optimize material usage and construction efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Age between 25 and 34 years old.
- Educational background: Minimum SMU/Sederajat, D3, or S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Drafter in the construction or architecture industry.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar industry-standard software).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, symbols, and construction terminology.
- Able to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and structural details.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.
