Securindo Packatama Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and creative Drafter Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between field analysis and final design implementation. You will be responsible for translating raw site survey data into precise technical drawings and visual concepts that align with our company standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting comprehensive field surveys to gather accurate measurement and site data.
- Translating site survey data into detailed technical drawings and blueprints.
- Developing 2D and 3D design visualizations for various project requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to refine design concepts based on project specifications.
- Ensuring all technical drafts comply with company safety and quality standards.
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict project deadlines.
- Participating in design reviews and site inspections to ensure project feasibility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Drafter or in a similar design-focused role.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of design software including Corel Draw, Photoshop, and SketchUP.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Proficiency in Canva for quick design layouts and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical instructions accurately.
- Ability to travel for field surveys as required by project locations.
