Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed structural and architectural drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure technical accuracy
- Revise drawings based on feedback and regulatory requirements
- Prepare construction documentation including material specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve on-site technical issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical drawing archives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of drafting experience in structural/architectural projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
- Strong understanding of construction materials and methodologies
- Ability to interpret architectural blueprints and engineering specifications
- Attention to detail with precise measurement and scaling skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations
