Indofood, a leading total food solutions company, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftman Coordinator to join our team in Palembang. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all technical drafting projects for plant maintenance and production optimization.
- Review and approve detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the drafting team to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers and production managers to refine mechanical designs and process equipment layouts.
- Ensure all technical documentation is properly cataloged and accessible for operational review.
- Monitor drafting software performance and ensure staff proficiency in relevant design tools.
- Conduct site visits to verify technical measurements and ensure designs align with physical facility constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial drafting or mechanical engineering design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software platforms.
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and manufacturing blueprints.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage project workflows and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within a manufacturing context.
