Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision? We are currently seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our team in the heart of the Central Region for a 1-year contract engagement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming conceptual designs into highly accurate technical drawings and layouts that drive project success.
As part of the People Profilers network, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse engineering projects, ensuring that all technical documentation meets strict industry standards and client specifications. We are looking for an individual who is technically proficient, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively with our engineering and design teams to meet tight project deadlines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and revise detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and layouts using CAD software.
- Interpret design specifications and project requirements to create accurate technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Conduct regular site visits as needed to verify measurements and gather onsite data.
- Ensure all drafts adhere to company standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Manage document control, including filing, archiving, and versioning of technical plans.
- Participate in project meetings to provide design updates and address technical challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM) and project submittals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a drafting or design role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit or SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical sketching, and spatial awareness.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and schematic diagrams with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract engagement.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction and engineering standards is highly preferred.
