Tanggung Jawab
- Create precise technical drawings and blueprints for healthcare facilities using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop efficient facility layouts
- Ensure all designs comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and building codes
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and stakeholder feedback
- Perform site visits to verify measurements and document existing conditions
- Maintain accurate records of all technical drawings and documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during implementation phases
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in healthcare or construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of healthcare facility design requirements
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings
- Detail-oriented with exceptional precision in drafting work
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
