Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our dynamic design team in Pasig City. As a critical member of our architecture and engineering projects, you'll transform conceptual designs into precise technical drawings using both manual drafting and advanced CAD systems. You'll create detailed diagrams, profiles, cross-sections, maps, and survey documentation that bring architectural visions to life. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in translating complex specifications into accurate visual representations. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings, diagrams, and plans using CAD software and manual drafting techniques
- Develop cross-sections, profiles, and survey drawings for engineering and architectural projects
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure drawings align with project specifications
- Update and maintain existing drawings to reflect design modifications
- Verify accuracy of measurements, dimensions, and scale in all technical documentation
- Prepare construction documentation and material specifications
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar technical design role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Strong understanding of drafting principles and technical drawing standards
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and engineering specifications
- Detail-oriented with exceptional precision in measurements and documentation
- Knowledge of construction materials and building codes
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Relevant degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or architecture preferred
