We are currently seeking a skilled Draftsman (BIM) to join our dynamic team in the Central Region.
In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between design concepts and construction reality. You will work closely with lead engineers and architects to produce precise, high-quality technical drawings and BIM models that meet industry standards and project specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and 2D technical drawings for structural projects.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure designs align with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Perform regular model audits to ensure data integrity and clash detection.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and sub-contractors to resolve technical discrepancies during the design phase.
- Assist in the preparation of submission documentation and construction tender packages.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure version control for all design files.
- Provide technical support during site meetings and contribute to ongoing project efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM coordination, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of structural detailing and construction drawing standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering blueprints with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
