TEAM VIRGIL LIMITED is seeking a skilled Draftsman/CAD Designer to play a pivotal role in bringing complex building projects to life. In this full-time position, you will utilize industry-standard software to produce accurate, detailed, and professional technical drawings that serve as the foundation for our construction and engineering projects.
As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to translate conceptual designs into precise CAD models. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and possesses a strong understanding of engineering standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using Solidworks and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions into accurate digital models.
- Review and verify all technical drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local and international building codes.
- Assist in the modification and revision of existing drawings based on client feedback or design changes.
- Generate material lists and bills of quantities (BOQ) as required for project estimation.
- Ensure all digital files are organized, backed up, and easily accessible to the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Designer or Draftsman, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Solidworks.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD and other CAD software tools (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, drafting standards, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without direct supervision.
