Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and produce detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to accurately interpret design concepts and specifications.
- Revise and update drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and changing project requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with company drafting standards, industry codes, and the Philippine Building Code.
- Develop and maintain 3D models and renderings for client presentations and design coordination.
- Manage and organize a systematic digital and physical filing system for all project drawings and revision histories.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, verify existing conditions, and provide accurate as-built documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's/Associate Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related drafting technology field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a CAD Draftsman, CAD Specialist, or similar role within the construction or design industry.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D). Experience with Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawing standards and conventions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality assurance.
- Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Davao City and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple project deadlines.
