Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Interpret architectural and engineering blueprints to ensure project accuracy.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop site plans and structural calculations.
- Review project specifications to ensure all designs comply with local building codes and industry standards.
- Perform on-site inspections to verify that construction aligns with finalized technical plans.
- Manage project documentation, including revisions, updates, and permit application requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Draftsman or Civil Engineer in a professional environment.
- High level of proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other industry-standard drafting tools.
- Strong knowledge of local Philippine building codes and construction standards.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and spatial reasoning skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
