Join Charter Built Sdn. Bhd., a leading construction company in Malaysia, as a Draftsman - Construction. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to create accurate technical drawings that bring architectural designs to life. In this role, you will be responsible for generating shop drawings for fabrication, ensuring all plans meet stipulated deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical documentation. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and efficient project timelines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Generate accurate shop drawings for fabrication as per project specifications
- Create detailed technical drawings for various construction elements
- Plan and prioritize drawing tasks to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy
- Review and modify drawings based on feedback and requirements
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
- Assist in design development and provide technical support
- Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a construction draftsman
- Strong understanding of construction principles and building codes
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in drawing creation
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills for collaboration with team members
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction standards and regulations
