The Municipal Government of Baliuag, Bulacan, is currently seeking a dedicated Draftsman I to join our local government unit. This role is pivotal in supporting our engineering and urban planning departments by translating conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings.
As a Draftsman I, you will play a critical role in the documentation of municipal projects, ensuring that all plans adhere to architectural standards and government regulations. You will collaborate closely with licensed engineers and architects to prepare blueprints, schematics, and site plans that will shape the future of our local infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and update detailed architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, and site maps.
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret technical specifications and design requirements.
- Utilize CAD software to produce accurate 2D and 3D technical representations.
- Review project documentation for compliance with local building codes and municipal standards.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all project plans and technical records.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and gather data for ongoing municipal projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and technical reports for local stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of at least two years of studies in college or a relevant Vocational/Technical course in Drafting Technology.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software (AutoCAD or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, symbols, and geometric principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform precise mathematical calculations.
- Familiarity with local government building regulations and administrative protocols is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Must possess valid eligibility (Career Service Sub-Professional or equivalent).
