Keart Alliances is seeking a dedicated Draftsman specializing in M&E Fire Protection to join our growing team in Bukit Merah. You will collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to translate complex specifications into accurate technical drawings and documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D technical drawings for M&E fire protection systems (sprinklers, fire alarms, hydrant systems).
- Coordinate with project engineers to ensure all drawings comply with local authorities' regulations and BCA standards.
- Perform site surveys and field measurements to verify project layouts and as-built conditions.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive library of technical specifications and design templates.
- Assist in the preparation of submission documents for authorities and stakeholders.
- Resolve drafting discrepancies and implement design revisions based on project feedback.
- Manage project documentation and ensure version control for all issued-for-construction drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in drafting, specifically within the M&E or Fire Protection industry.
- High level of proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of SS CP 52 and local Fire Code requirements.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and meeting tight project deadlines.
