We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join the technical team at Deployed Philippines Inc. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in SolidWorks to translate complex engineering concepts into precise, manufacturable technical documentation. The successful candidate will play a key part in the design lifecycle, ensuring that all models and drawings meet rigorous quality standards and client specifications.
Our company values innovation and precision. You will be responsible for modifying existing models, generating accurate cut lists, and creating comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOMs). While the initial phase may require office presence, this position offers a hybrid setup after the successful completion of the probationary period, allowing you to balance on-site collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings using SolidWorks software.
- Perform model modifications and updates based on engineering feedback and design changes.
- Generate accurate cut lists and comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct quality control checks on all drawings and models to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain and organize technical documentation and revision records.
- Assist in the development of assembly instructions and assembly drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in SolidWorks with a strong portfolio of technical drawings and models.
- Experience in creating manufacturing drawings, detail drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data management.
