- Develop and deliver a comprehensive Secondary Drama curriculum that aligns with academic standards and creative goals.
- Facilitate engaging workshops in movement, voice, improvisation, and character development.
- Direct and oversee student performances, school showcases, and theatrical events throughout the academic year.
- Integrate diverse teaching methodologies to support learners with different needs and strengths.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them refine their artistic techniques and boost self-esteem.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate cross-disciplinary arts initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring studio environment for all students.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification or professional pedagogical training.
- Proven experience as a Drama Teacher or Theatre Instructor, preferably at the Secondary level.
- Strong grasp of theatrical techniques, stage direction, and dramatic theory.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in inclusive education or working with students with diverse learning profiles is highly desirable.
