Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and structural plans using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Collaborate closely with professional engineers to ensure all designs meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Incorporate changes and revisions into existing drawings based on feedback from the engineering team or clients.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital and physical library of project drawings and documentation.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of submission sets for local authorities and relevant government bodies.
- Perform site visits and measurements to verify existing conditions and ensure drawing accuracy.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure cross-functional design consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Draughtsmanship, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in an engineering consultancy or construction firm is preferred.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) is essential.
- Familiarity with Revit or BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of structural and civil engineering drawing conventions and symbols.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
