Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain detailed architectural and engineering CAD drawings using industry-standard software.
- Revise and update existing drawings and schematics based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to translate concepts into accurate technical visualizations.
- Conduct site measurements and surveys to ensure drawings match physical structures.
- Ensure all drafted designs comply with relevant local building codes and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and project proposals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar computer-aided design software.
- Excellent spatial awareness and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with construction materials and building processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and architectural plans.
