Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, train, and mentor new dealers to build a robust sales network
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Create and implement strategies to expand the dealer network across Ozamiz City and surrounding areas
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to help dealers achieve their targets
- Organize regular dealer meetings, workshops, and events to foster community and growth
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Develop incentive programs to motivate dealers and drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical selling practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales, preferably in direct selling or network marketing
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams or dealer networks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic sales tracking tools and reporting systems
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental
