Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain hydraulic/pneumatic drilling equipment in mining or construction environments
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on drilling machinery
- Monitor drilling parameters and adjust operations to optimize performance and safety
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards
- Document operational data, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to implement drilling efficiency improvements
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with drilling equipment (rotary/blast hole rigs)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, HIRAC) or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Physical ability to work in challenging conditions (heat, noise, confined spaces)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
