Apexindo Pratama Duta is a leading contractor in the Indonesian energy sector, specializing in oil and gas drilling services. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Driller to join our operations team. This role is critical to our success, requiring a hands-on leader who can ensure drilling operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with all company policies and international standards.
As a Driller at Apexindo, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of drilling activities, crew management, and equipment maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all drilling operations on-site, ensuring adherence to drilling programs and operational schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the drilling crew, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.
- Maintain strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor drilling parameters (weight on bit, torque, mud circulation) to prevent operational issues or equipment failure.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections of drilling rigs and ensure all machinery is in good working order.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily reports to the Toolpusher regarding drilling progress and any technical deviations.
- Manage the inventory of drilling fluids and ensure proper mud system maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Drilling Industry in a similar position.
- Valid IWCF (International Well Control Forum) Level 3 or IADC certification is required.
- Valid Juru Bor (Driller) license or equivalent certification.
- Strong technical knowledge of drilling equipment, hydraulics, and well control principles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct a crew effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety culture.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site in remote or challenging locations.
