Sigma Cipta Utama is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Drilling Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be instrumental in the planning, design, and execution of drilling operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional asset teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and compliant wells that meet our organizational production targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and plan comprehensive drilling programs, including casing, wellheads, cement design, and drilling fluid systems.
- Prepare accurate Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) cost estimates and track operational budgets.
- Provide real-time engineering support during active drilling operations to resolve technical and logistical issues safely.
- Collaborate closely with geologists, reservoir engineers, and external service providers to optimize well trajectory and placement.
- Ensure all drilling operations comply with company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and local governmental regulations.
- Conduct post-well reviews, analyzing drilling performance metrics to identify areas for continuous technical improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in well planning and active drilling operations.
- Strong technical expertise in directional drilling, hydraulics, wellbore stability, and casing design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard drilling engineering software (e.g., Landmark, Compass, WellPlan, or equivalent).
- Valid Well Control certification (IWCF or IADC) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills in both English and Indonesian.
