Tanggung Jawab
- Design and plan complex drilling programs, including wellbore trajectory and casing design.
- Monitor and analyze real-time drilling performance, providing technical solutions to optimize ROP and reduce NPT.
- Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all drilling operations strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive daily drilling reports and post-well evaluations to capture lessons learned.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of drilling tools, fluids, and specialized equipment.
- Provide on-site supervision and technical support during critical drilling phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drilling operations, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of well control standards and valid IWCF certification.
- Proficiency in drilling software such as Landmark, WellView, or similar industry-standard tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical drilling issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead onsite teams effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Aceh and remote project locations as required.
