In this critical role, you will be the face of our Product Services Division (PSD), ensuring that we deliver safe, efficient, and reliable drilling fluid solutions to our valued customers. You will oversee the daily operations of the fluids plant, balancing technical precision with operational excellence to support upstream energy projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the drilling fluids plant to ensure maximum uptime, efficiency, and product quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor and control the chemical composition and rheology of drilling fluids to meet specific customer specifications.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to optimize supply chain logistics.
- Coordinate with the logistics and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of products to offshore and onshore rig sites.
- Train, mentor, and supervise plant staff and operators to foster a culture of safety and technical excellence.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in drilling fluids plant operations, mud engineering, or oilfield services.
- Strong working knowledge of drilling fluid systems, water chemistry, and pressure control.
- Certification in HSE management or previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is required.
