Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment including rigs, pumps, and engines
- Diagnose mechanical failures and troubleshoot complex drilling system issues
- Inspect and replace worn components to prevent operational downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards
- Collaborate with drilling teams to optimize equipment performance
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for drilling machinery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Drilling Mechanic or similar role in mining/oil/gas
- Technical certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and drilling equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Physical fitness for fieldwork in challenging environments
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote sites
