- Conduct comprehensive drive testing across Central Luzon using specialized RF testing equipment
- Analyze network performance metrics including signal strength, call quality, and data throughput
- Identify and document coverage gaps, handover failures, and interference sources
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable recommendations for network optimization
- Collaborate with network engineers to implement technical solutions
- Validate network upgrades and modifications through systematic field testing
- Maintain accurate records of test parameters and environmental conditions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Communications Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RF drive testing for mobile networks
- Proficiency in drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, Drive Test, Actix)
- Strong understanding of LTE/5G protocols and network architecture
- Ability to interpret complex network performance data
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Central Luzon
