Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct drive tests using specialized equipment to measure signal quality, coverage, and capacity.
- Analyze drive test data and generate comprehensive reports to identify network deficiencies.
- Collaborate with network planning and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor network performance metrics (KPIs) such as RSSI, SINR, and Throughput in real-time.
- Perform troubleshooting on 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G networks to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Update drive test scripts and methodologies to align with evolving network standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Drive Test Engineer or Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G/3G/4G/LTE/5G) and network protocols.
- Proficiency in using drive test tools and software (e.g., TEMS Investigation, Drift, ATDI ICS).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and technical reports.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
