Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct drive tests for 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G network performance monitoring.
- Perform site surveys and troubleshooting to identify coverage gaps and interference issues.
- Analyze log files using diagnostic software to interpret network behavior.
- Generate comprehensive reports on signal strength, call drop rates, and throughput.
- Collaborate with optimization and planning teams to implement site improvements.
- Calibrate test equipment to ensure high-accuracy data collection.
- Participate in post-launch optimization projects to maintain KPI standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Drive Test Engineer or in a similar telecom field role.
- Proficiency in tools such as TEMS Investigation, NEMO, or XCAL.
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication principles and LTE/5G technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various field locations within Metro Manila.
- Strong communication skills for effective reporting and team coordination.
