In this role, you will be the backbone of our event operations, ensuring that state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment is safely transported, set up, and collected for high-profile events across the Central Region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate company vehicles to transport sensitive AV equipment to and from event venues.
- Perform timely loading and unloading of equipment with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist the technical team in the assembly, configuration, and dismantling of AV hardware.
- Conduct equipment checks before and after events to ensure all assets are accounted for and in good working condition.
- Navigate event sites efficiently to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with event coordinators and clients on-site to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
- Ensure all documentation and delivery logs are accurately completed.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or AV event setup is highly advantageous.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving equipment regularly.
- Strong sense of punctuality and time management to meet event deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required by event schedules.
- Basic technical aptitude to understand AV gear handling and cable management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing situations.
- A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
