This role is the heartbeat of our event logistics, ensuring that every piece of audio-visual equipment arrives safely, on time, and is expertly set up for a wide range of events, from high-profile corporate conferences and elegant galas to vibrant live concerts and community festivals.
In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of our valuable inventory. Your day will involve loading delivery vehicles, carefully securing AV gear for transit, navigating the streets of Singapore (primarily the Central Region), and executing efficient setup and teardown at various venues. You will work directly alongside our experienced AV technicians, assisting with cabling, rigging, and equipment positioning, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into or advance within the AV and events industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles for the delivery and collection of AV equipment to and from event sites within Singapore, primarily the Central Region.
- Load, unload, and transport heavy AV equipment (speakers, lighting, trusses, cabling) with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in the physical setup and dismantling of AV systems at various event venues, including staging, draping, and power distribution.
- Conduct basic pre-checks and post-event inspections of equipment to ensure functionality and report any damages or maintenance needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and vehicles, ensuring inventory is stored correctly and ready for deployment.
- Collaborate with the AV technical team to understand event floor plans and layout requirements for accurate equipment placement.
- Provide on-site support during events to facilitate smooth transitions between sessions and assist with troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Ensure all necessary permits and vehicle safety checks are completed before every trip.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy equipment (up to 20-30kg) frequently.
- Previous experience in event setup, logistics, warehouse operations, or AV technology is highly advantageous.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapted to changing schedules.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.
- A positive team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment and terminology is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
