In this unique hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in our hospitality operations by providing safe, comfortable transportation for our clients while also delivering exceptional barista services. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport clients or goods.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and snacks to customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the vehicle and service area.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for orders and payments.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and waste control.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company driving policies.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license (SIM A).
- Experience in driving and customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee making and beverage preparation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
