Tanggung Jawab
- Safe, timely, and punctual driving of company vehicles to transport staff, guests, and materials to designated locations within Bintulu and surrounding areas.
- Assisting guests with luggage handling, check-in/check-out procedures, and general reception duties at the front desk.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming lobby area, ensuring all common areas are presentable.
- Performing routine vehicle inspections and minor maintenance checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and in good condition.
- Assisting in the receiving, sorting, and distribution of packages, mail, and documents to various departments.
- Adhering strictly to traffic laws, company safety policies, and environmental regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service and acting as a point of contact for visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class 3/D) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar driving or hospitality role.
- Good physical fitness to handle luggage and perform on-site duties efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts if required.
- Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Strong sense of responsibility and time management skills.
