Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for guest service and a clean driving record? Imperial Hotel Bintulu, managed by Pantiasa, is seeking a reliable and energetic Driver cum Bellboy to join our front-of-house team. In this dual-role position, you will be the face of the hotel, providing a warm welcome to our guests while ensuring efficient transportation and baggage handling services.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their professional appearance, possesses excellent local knowledge of Bintulu, and understands that exceptional service is the key to a memorable guest experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Safely operate hotel vehicles to transport guests to and from designated locations.
- Assist guests with the loading, unloading, and delivery of luggage to their rooms.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance schedule of hotel transport vehicles.
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest.
- Perform bell services, including escorting guests to rooms and explaining room features.
- Assist the front office team with various errands and guest requests as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian driver's license (Class D or E preferred) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent in hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in a hotel, customer service, or professional driving role is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malay and English.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting luggage of varying weights.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
