Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within designated timeframes
- Operate dispatch systems to coordinate delivery routes and optimize vehicle utilization
- Maintain strict hygiene standards for vehicles and delivery equipment
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report mechanical issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management for delivery supplies and packaging materials
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols during operations
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 2 years
- Proficiency in GPS navigation and familiarity with Metro Manila routes
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
