Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support to PHV drivers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with drivers through regular communication and follow-ups
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to promote contract upgrades and additional services
- Collect and analyze driver feedback to improve service offerings and address emerging needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless driver onboarding and ongoing support
- Track and report on key engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting PHV operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or driver support roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when addressing complex driver concerns
- Results-oriented mindset with experience in upselling or contract negotiation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data tracking tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
