This full-time role requires a reliable individual with exceptional driving skills and discretion to ensure safe, timely transportation for our senior leadership. You will be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport Senior Advisor to meetings, appointments, and locations in Yogyakarta/Semarang
- Maintain vehicle in optimal condition through regular inspections and maintenance coordination
- Plan efficient routes considering traffic conditions and time constraints
- Provide courteous assistance with luggage/material handling when required
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Document trip details, mileage, and expenses accurately
- Uphold professional appearance and confidentiality standards
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A license with minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Proven record of safe driving and minimal traffic violations
- Extensive knowledge of Yogyakarta/Semarang road networks and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality
- Physical fitness to assist with loading/unloading tasks
