- Coordinate Daily Logistics: Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork accurately.
- Operational Coordination: Liaise between drivers, warehouse staff, and management to streamline the supply chain process.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Schedule Monitoring: Track shipment schedules and coordinates with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met.
Kualifikasi
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport operations is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
